The anodizing line is an automated equipment for surface treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy components . By placing aluminum alloys in an electrolyte solution as the anode and applying direct current to trigger an electrochemical oxidation reaction, a dense oxide film with controllable thickness is formed on the surface of the components. This oxide film not only has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, but also can achieve a variety of appearances through coloring. It forms a "material-process" complementarity with the hot-dip galvanizing process .
