Anodizing takes the metal workpiece as the anode, places it in an electrolyte, and initiates a reaction by applying an electric current. Metal atoms on the workpiece surface form ions, which then combine with oxygen to generate an oxide film. This film bonds tightly with the base metal, and various effects can be achieved through coloring and sealing processes to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
The Anodizing line adopts a modular design, covering the entire production process. Its core consists of seven major systems to ensure stable quality of the oxide film:
● Workpiece Suspension and Conveying System: Includes automatic feeding mechanism, customized spreaders and conveying rails. It enables stable and continuous conveying of workpieces, with adjustable speed to adapt to different process requirements.

● Post-Treatment System: Includes coloring and sealing processes. It can achieve multi-color effects, and sealing blocks the pores of the oxide film to further improve corrosion resistance and smoothness.
● Cleaning System: Adopts multi-stage countercurrent cleaning to remove residual chemicals from the workpiece surface, reducing pollution and improving water utilization efficiency.
● Temperature and Liquid Control System: Controls the electrolyte temperature and bath solution state to ensure process stability and uniform quality of the oxide film.
● Intelligent Control System: Real-time monitors and adjusts various process parameters, supports fault alarm and data traceability, and reduces operation errors.
