Vertical Cutting Line

The vertical cutting line (also known as the "slitting line") is an automated industrial equipment designed for continuous longitudinal cutting, slitting and winding of metal coils (such as cold-rolled steel coils, hot-rolled steel coils, stainless steel coils, galvanized coils, aluminum coils, etc.). It can accurately divide wide coils into narrow coils or fixed-length plates of preset width, and serves as a core equipment for achieving large-scale and high-precision slitting in the field of metal material deep processing.

Guizhou Shuigang Pickling and Phosphating Line

Recently, Xuzhou RITMAN Equipment Co., Ltd. (RITMAN) and Guizhou Shuigang Metal Technology Co., Ltd. (Guizhou Shuigang) have officially launched a high-end intelligent wire rod pickling and phosphating and supporting project. The project targets the current industry pain points of prestressed steel wire and strand raw material processing technology, achieves key breakthroughs through innovative technical solutions, and helps Guizhou Shuigang products enter the high-end metal product supply chain.

RITMAN laser cutting machine delivered to Mexico

On November 17, the workers in the ritman Laser Intelligent Workshop worked in an orderly manner to carry out the final inventory and assembly of the U3 Chitu series cutting equipment for export to Mexican customers before departure. After most of the day's busy work, they were finally ready to go. The equipment officially began to be transported and will soon arrive at the international freight port from Xuzhou.
