Recognized for Strength! RITMAN Secures Another Order from Saudi Arabia

Recently, RITMAN Equipment has officially signed a contract with AYS, a renowned steel group in Saudi Arabia, for a hot-dip galvanizing line project.

This represents another major order secured by RITMAN in the Saudi market and a latest milestone in its commitment to the Middle East and the internationalization of high-end manufacturing equipment.

RITMAN  focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of surface treatment equipment. Supported by stable intelligent production lines, green manufacturing processes and full-lifecycle services, the company has earned an excellent reputation throughout Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

AYS is a leading local enterprise in Saudi Arabia currently operating five hot-dip galvanizing lines. Driven by business expansion and full production capacity, the group was in urgent need of an additional high-performance galvanizing line.

Having learned that RITMAN Equipment has delivered multiple benchmark projects in Saudi Arabia, the client conducted on-site inspections of our local facilities. RITMAN won high recognition for its superior automation, environmental performance, operational stability and reputable services. Standing out among numerous international competitors, the client finally entered into this new cooperation with us.

The newly contracted hot-dip galvanizing line features a zinc kettle with dimensions of 12m × 1.6m × 3.3m. Equipped with RITMAN’s new-generation control system and low-carbon eco-friendly processes, it fully complies with Saudi Arabia’s stringent production standards and local climatic conditions, with comprehensive improvements in environmental performance, energy consumption control and coating uniformity. Upon completion, the line will greatly enhance the client’s anti-corrosion processing capacity and production efficiency for components such as power transmission towers, photovoltaic brackets and steel structures, facilitating quality upgrading, efficiency improvement and green transformation of local industries.

Since entering the Saudi market, RITMAN has completed a host of benchmark hot-dip galvanizing projects covering power transmission towers, photovoltaic brackets and other key sectors. RITMAN have earned long-term trust from clients via stably operating intelligent lines and responsive localized services.

After the contract signing, RITMAN Equipment will set up a dedicated project team to advance the full workflow including design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. We will strictly control quality and schedule to ensure efficient project delivery and on-time commissioning.
