450,000-Ton Continuous Hot-Dip Galvanizing Line Passes Trial Run

On March 29, 2025, the continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line of Hunan Chengyu, elaborately R&D and constructed by RITMAN, successfully passed the full-line trial production on the first attempt. This achievement fully demonstrates RITMAN's technical strength and marks a new stage in the development of Hunan Chengyu's hot-dip galvanizing business. The project's products are 0.35-2.0*900—1265mm in specification, with an annual output of 450,000 tons of hot-dip galvanized (GI) home appliance sheets consisting of 90% CQ and 10% DQ. Adopting the modified Sendzimir process and horizontal furnace design, it took only nine months from design to commissioning, setting a new record in the industry.

In the Hunan Chengyu continuous hot-dip galvanizing project, RITMAN optimized the overall line design of the continuous galvanizing unit by means of 3D simulation design technology. It intuitively presents the equipment layout, pipeline routing and process connection, avoiding spatial conflicts and errors inherent in traditional 2D design, improving design accuracy and shortening the design cycle.
