After order placement, we will assign a dedicated project manager to share weekly production updates with you—including raw material procurement status, production progress, and logistics arrangements. If any potential delays are foreseen (e.g., due to special material supply), we will notify you 72 hours in advance and propose a solution (such as adjusting the production sequence) to ensure it does not affect your project schedule.
Will the galvanized layer peel off easily? Can the thickness be uniform? What if quality issues occur?
We ensure quality through three key processes:
First, incoming raw materials undergo strict inspection to eliminate issues with the base material.
During production, an automatic temperature and speed control system is used to ensure uniform thickness of the galvanized layer.
Before delivery, finished products undergo sampling tests for adhesion—specifically, cross-cut testing—to guarantee the layer won’t peel off easily.
If quality issues do arise, we will dispatch technical personnel to conduct on-site investigations. If the problem stems from operational errors, we will provide additional training until it is fully resolved.
