Cold bending forming (also known as "cold roll forming") is a metal forming process closely connected with the vertical cutting production line. It refers to a processing method where metal plates (especially narrow coils/fixed-length plates cut by the vertical cutting production line) are gradually bent into preset cross-sectional shapes (such as C-section steel, Z-section steel, U-section steel, corrugated plates, square tube/circular tube cross-sections, etc.) through multiple groups of continuously arranged forming rolls at room temperature, without high-temperature heating. It is a key link for efficient forming of metal components.
