The batch galvanizing line (also known as the "intermittent galvanizing line") is an automated line for hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment of small and medium-sized, multi-specification metal components (such as PV bracket connectors, energy storage cabinet supports, angle steel/flat steel, etc.). It adopts a "batch processing" mode, which can flexibly adjust process parameters according to the size and material of components, covering the entire process of "pretreatment → galvanizing → post-treatment", and can process multiple different types of components in a single batch.
